We understand that sometimes situations arise where our customers may need to cancel their order or request a refund. Therefore, we have created the following Refund and Cancellation Policy to ensure that our customers are fully informed about our policies.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. DigitalMaxSolution.in offers a 24-hour cancellation policy. If a customer requests to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order, we will refund the full amount.
  2. If a customer requests to cancel their order after 24 hours, but before the services have been initiated, we will refund 50% of the amount.
  3. Once the services have been initiated, we will not be able to provide a refund.

Refund Policy:

  1. DigitalMaxSolution.in offers a 5-day refund policy. If a customer is not satisfied with our services within 5 days of purchasing, they can request a refund.
  2. Refunds will only be issued for the unused portion of the service.
  3. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of the refund request.
  4. Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions:

  1. We do not offer refunds for any completed services.
  2. We do not offer refunds for any Bulk WhatsApp SMS and Bulk SMS services purchased.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse refunds to customers who violate our terms of service or engage in any fraudulent activities.
